The Villa Via Hotel Loyalty Programme is for PRIVATE guests/families.
Earn complimentary nights while staying at the hotel whether it was for business or pleasure.
Spend your loyalty points on FREE holidays for you and your family.

How do I earn loyalty points?

For every 5 nights spent at the hotel over a specific period of time, you will receive 1 night FREE
10 nights = 2 FREE nights
15 nights = 3 FREE nights
20 nights = 4 FREE nights, etc.

Redeeming your loyalty points:

Redemption bookings have to be made with Reservations Manager, weekdays 10:00 – 16:00
Redemption bookings must include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.

Cancelling your Loyalty Redemption Booking:

You may cancel your loyalty redemption booking prior to arrival without forfeiting your comp nights by:
- Cancelling your reservation 1 month prior to arrival from Nov - Feb
- Cancelling your reservation 7 days prior to arrival Mar – Oct

Validity of Loyalty Points:

Total complimentary nights earned at 31 December, annually, will expire within 12 months.

Booking Agents:

An extra incentive is built into the system where the booking agent will receive 1 night FREE accommodation for every
R 50 000 spent at the hotel.

This will be over and above the normal 10% commission structure already in place at the hotel (where applicable)

Terms & Conditions:

FREE nights may not be redeemable for cash

Bookings cannot be made more than 12 months in advance

Loyalty nights are transferable with written notification to the hotel

Subject to availability of allocated rooms for loyalty guests at that specific time
